The Relation among Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, and Innovation Capability: Its Implication for Open Innovation

It is widely acknowledged that enhancing innovation capability an inevitable requirement for the survival and sustainable growth of firms operating in information technology sector. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management open environment provide useful suggestions recommendations managerial practices within high-tech industry. Primary data collected from 182 firm’s representatives were processed by using Structural Equation Modeling approach. The results showed strongly correlated with capability. positively significant between culture also confirmed. Overall, findings suggest organization which mutual trust, collaboration learning are promoted supportive participative leaders more likely increase efficiency practices; thus, eventually lead enhanced firm.
